1. Submit your home to the Multiple Listing Service.
2. Tour your home with my office.
3. Develope a list of features and benefits of your home for the cooperating agents to use with their potential buyers.
4. Suggest and advise you about any changes you might want to make to your property to make it even more desireable to buyers.
5. Constantly keep you informed of any changes in the market.
6. Create additional exposure with a professional sign and lock box.
7. Prepare and submit advertising to the real estate magazines as deemed appropriate.
8. Pre-qualify, when possible, all prospective buyers.
9. Inform you of various methods of financing your buyer may wish to use.
10. Follow up with the agents who have shown your home for their response.
11. Provide a copy of your multiple listing form and all published advertising.
12. Represent you upon the presentation of all offers by cooperating brokers and assist you to negotiate the best possible price and terms.
13. Follow up and keep you informed, after the offer has been accepted,on all closing procedures.
14. Accompany you to closing or deliver your check.
